Matt started at Dragone Realty Investments (DRI) in 2018. His primary responsibilities include the underwriting of all potential acquisitions, creating/modifying models to enhance property performance, analyzing historical performance data to narrow areas of focus at properties, maintaining DRI, portfolio, & individual property websites, and assisting in tracking staff training performance.

Before joining Dragone Realty Investments, Matt was a Residential Asset Management Intern at JBG Smith.During his internship, Matt aided in the integration of the JBG Companies and Vornado/Charles E. Smith systems when the companies merged to form JBG Smith. He also conducted analysis on a portfolio of 9,000+ units regarding hold-time periods highlighting potential of millions of dollars in lost rent, analyzed years of utility data for 28 properties to assist in the creation of the residential expense budget, and evaluated 300+ property employees to contribute to the creation of a new hiring model.

Matt graduated from James Madison University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics.
